Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)
Partial COD Policy
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay 20% of the total order value in advance during checkout.
The remaining 80% must be paid to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
Orders will only be processed once the advance payment is successfully received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship our products across India.
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
The estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Replacements
We maintain strict quality checks before shipping all products.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
However, replacements may be provided only in the following situations:
Product received is damaged
Wrong item delivered
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
Requests submitted after this reporting period may not be eligible for replacement.
7. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details when placing an order.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery may take additional time.
