Due to the nature of our herbal products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

2. Exceptions
Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged during delivery
The wrong item was delivered to the customer
If either of these situations occurs, our support team will assist you with a resolution.
3. Reporting an Issue
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
To process the request quickly, please provide the following details:
Order Number
Clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product
This information helps us verify the issue and take appropriate action.
4. Replacement Process
Once the issue is verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to the customer.
The replacement will be processed as quickly as possible to ensure minimal inconvenience.
5. Important Note
Requests submitted after the 24-hour reporting period may not be eligible for replacement.
We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery.
